Lake levels

Lake levels are rising and will likely continue to rise.  If you have small boats or other items around your shore you might pull them to a higher elevation. Please check with neighbors who are away and may need assistance with their items as well.
The flood gates on Eagle Mountain have been at least partially opened.

Update: May 11 at 5:30pm

Lake Worth - Conservation elevation (normal pool) = 594.00 ft-msl
Current elevation is 592.1 ft-msl.  Lake Worth will be rising slowly throughout the day and is expected to reach near 592.2 ft-msl by 9:00 p.m. tonight.
Lake residents are strongly encouraged to monitor lake levels as additional rainfall is in the short-term forecast.  Updates will be posted as they become available.

All lake projections are based on rain that has already fallen and has generated flows recorded at stream and lake gauges.  This information is subject to change as weather conditions change.
